On the 5th of October 2021 notarial merger agreement has been signed between OÜ Saare Dolomiit-Väokivi and Paekivitoodete Tehase OÜ. The shareholders of the factory has approved this agreement and the articles of association at the general meeting on the 29th of October.
The merger of companies will take place on the 01st of January 2022.
