For more than three decades, since 1995, our company has successfully and consistently utilized hydraulic breaker technology in limestone extraction operations. During this period, we have achieved a significant milestone, surpassing 5 million cubic metres of extracted limestone — a testament to our commitment to quality, operational excellence, and long-term professional expertise.
As part of our continuous development strategy and ongoing efforts to optimize production processes, we have placed particular emphasis on the selection of equipment and technology. In recent years, we have gradually phased out equipment from several European manufacturers whose product quality and service standards no longer met our growing expectations and strategic objectives.
Following an extensive evaluation and testing process lasting nearly a year, we made the strategic decision to transition our hydraulic breaker fleet entirely to equipment manufactured by South Korean company Soosan, a globally recognized industry leader with annual production exceeding 3,000 hydraulic breakers.
Marking this new stage of development, we signed an agreement for the supply of seven hydraulic breakers, each weighing 3.5 tonnes. The agreement was signed by Mr. Kim, Chief Executive Officer of Soosan, and Mr. Vladimir Libman, Chairman of the Management Board of Limestone Factories of Estonia.
This strategic investment lays the foundation for further strengthening our operations by enhancing equipment reliability, increasing productivity, and improving the overall efficiency and quality of the extraction process. It represents another important step in our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in quarrying operations and delivering long-term value to our customers and partners.
